Thiels Greenhouses offers a wide selection of bedding plants, annuals, perennials, seasonal ornamentals, flowers, succulents, fresh greens and vegetables. We grow all our products with sustainability, community, and quality in mind.

We are proud to be a leader in greenhouse production focusing on biocontrol (a tool in our integrated pest management program or IPM) for all our pest control needs. Biocontrol is the use of beneficial bugs to stop the bad bugs from bullying our crops. This means a healthier, cleaner growing environment.

We grow hundreds of plant varieties in our one acre production facility in Bruderheim, Alberta. Our retail offers container gardens, planters, hanging baskets, seeds, and garden accessories. During the summer months, we run a satellite retail location in Fort Saskatchewan.

We are a family run business. Since 2010, Nadine, her family, and her team have continued the 60 year growing tradition of their greenhouse. 

We believe that food is the future of greenhousing, and greenhouses are the future of food. Building a sustainable food future; is a dream that Nadine envisioned for the greenhouse. From that dream, Naked Greens was born. We now grow sustainable, fresh food year round using Dry Hydroponics.

Naked Greens is the fresh food farm at Thiels Greenhouses in Bruderheim Alberta. Our greens are fresh, local, and delicious.
