epicFRESH Greens Dressing
from the kitchen of Shirley Smith
(a.k.a. Nadine's Mom)
2.5 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbsp honey
2 tsp Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 c. oil
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
1 heaping Tbsp mayonnaise
1 Tbsp vinegar
Put all ingredients in a jar.
Mix or shake until well blended.
Best made the day before.
